When should I choose private tuition?

Group sessions are for you if working out with others helps you stay motivated and in focus. Group classes (mat, reformer, barre, spring wall) are a fun experience where you work as a group following the same programme and maintain a continuous flow throughout the class. 

One on one Pilates classes are particularly helpful and recommended for those suffering from chronic pain, recovering from injuries or requiring more focused attention. At Brighton Pilates Studio we can offer specialised care and individual support either in private sessions (1:1 or 2:1) or in our small group equipment classes. These classes have a maximum of four people, each following their own programme tailored to their specific needs or goals.
