Pregnancy Pilates

Saturdays 8.00-9.00 am

Our prenatal group class will help you increase your energy
and aid a quicker postnatal recovery
while maintaining your maximum health and fitness during pregnancy.

This is a great opportunity to stay fit and healthy, support your birth experience
as well as creating a supportive network of friends after the birth,
the ladies attending these classes tend to form close friendship.



  • Groups are a maximum of 9 people

  • Classes are 55 minutes long

  • You are welcome to drop in, although is always best to book in advance to guarantee your place

  • We recommend that you are at least 14 weeks pregnant before you join this class

  • Please always check with your doctor that exercise is appropriate if there are any complications with your pregnancy

  • We also offer one on one sessions and classes on the equipment which are ideal to help you follow your own programme during pregnancy.

Susan started Pilates at the studio with 1:1 sessions with Ana Barretxeguren about five years ago. After a few private session she has been committed to her movement, practicing at least twice a week. She enjoys combining equipment classes that follow her own programme with general group classes.
