Our prenatal group class will help you increase your energy
and aid a quicker postnatal recovery
while maintaining your maximum health and fitness during pregnancy.
This is a great opportunity to stay fit and healthy, support your birth experience
as well as creating a supportive network of friends after the birth,
the ladies attending these classes tend to form close friendship.
PILATES PREGNANCY CLASSES:
Groups are a maximum of 9 people
Classes are 55 minutes long
You are welcome to drop in, although is always best to book in advance to guarantee your place
We recommend that you are at least 14 weeks pregnant before you join this class
Please always check with your doctor that exercise is appropriate if there are any complications with your pregnancy
We also offer one on one sessions and classes on the equipment which are ideal to help you follow your own programme during pregnancy.
