Pre & Postnatal Pilates
Saturdays 8.00-9.00 am
Our prenatal group class will help you increase your energy and aid a quicker postnatal recovery while maintaining your maximum health and fitness during pregnancy.
We recommend that you are at least 14 weeks pregnant before you join this class.
You are welcome to drop in, although is always best to book in advance to guarantee your place.
Please always check with your doctor that exercise is appropriate if there are any complications with your pregnancy.
The ladies attending these classes tend to form close friendship. This is a great opportunity to stay fit and healthy, support your birth experience as well as creating a supportive network of friends after the birth.
We also offer one on one sessions and classes on the equipment to help you follow your own programme during pregnancy.
Our pre and postnatal specialist and massage therapist Hayley Oxley runs regular Pelvic Health workshops leading you on your way through to regain the strength of your pelvis.
Her popular “Going Commando” pelvic health workshop is fun, informative and educational, dispelling some of the myths and fears of regaining pelvic floor health.
Hayley is also available for specialist one to one sessions as well as massage. Hayley’s method seamlessly combines Pilates technique with the latest research in core and pelvic health. Release tension holding patterns and strengthen the health of your pelvis. We recommend one to one sessions in cases of diastasic recti, pelvic pain, pelvic floor disfunction as well as postnatal recovery.
