Our prenatal group class will help you increase your energy and aid a quicker postnatal recovery while maintaining your maximum health and fitness during pregnancy.
We recommend that you are at least 14 weeks pregnant before you join this class.
You are welcome to drop in, although is always best to ring or book online since the class might be full.
Please always check with your doctor that exercise is appropriate if there are any complications with your pregnancy.
Join the Pelvic Health mat classes on Friday 12.30pm
We recommend our post-natal clients attend one of our Pelvic Health classes. This class is designed to guide you through a fundamental rehabilitation of the pelvic floor after birth or anytime in life. Join us to help you reconnect and restore your core through conditioning, use of breath and efficiency in alignment.
This class is ideal for post natal recovery, including Diastasis Recti repair, and rebuilding a foundation for all forms of exercise.
We require that you are have gone through your medical 6 weeks check before you join this class.
Please always check with your doctor that exercise is appropriate if there were any complications with your birth.
