Pilates Spring Wall
The assistance and resistance of the springs will transform your Pilates workout into a dynamic flow of high intensity and strengthening movements. Classes are open level, so everyone (without injury) are welcome!
Classes are kept small, giving you greater individual care and attention.
Purchase a MOVE + class pass of 5, 10 and 20 classes which include all Pilates Barre, Reformer and Spring Wall.
Or purchase a course of 5 consecutive classes (same class each week).
