Pilates Equipment Classes

Benefit from a safe and challenging workout on the Pilates equipment while receiving a level of instructor attention usually only offered in private sessions. With a maximum of 4 people per class this is the perfect class for your post-rehabilitation and enhancing your movement performance. A postural and fitness test will be undertaken in an initial one to one session to identify goals and focus areas.

If you are unfamiliar with the equipment or new to the studio we recommend you start with a one to one session. This is a 55min private session with one of our instructors, who will work with you individually to identify goals and focus areas. They can also advise on the best programme going forwards. After this session you will then be able to book in to the Equipment classes, which are held regularly throughout the week with a variety of times in the daytime and evenings. The ideal way to get started is the Equipment Starter Package which includes your initial 1.1 Equipment session and 3 Equipment classes for £94.50.
