Pilates MOVE +

MOVE+ refers to all our fitness-based and dynamic movement classes including Pilates Reformer, Pilates Barre, Pilates Spring wall and Yoga wall. They are small group classes (max 6) that guide you through a energising full body workout. These classes run continuously throughout the year at our Hove studio and you can attend any class on the same MOVE+ class pass.

All these classes have the added elements of the springs, the barre or the straps (hence the ‘+’!) which enhance the benefit of every movement, as well as providing extra feedback and valuable insight into your alignment… These elements can be changed according to the individual and class level whether that be extra support or a bigger challenge!

  • Groups are a maximum of 5 people
  • Classes are 55 minutes long

How do I know what level I am? 

 

If you have never tried any Pilates before, we do advise you start off with a private session (check out our starter packages here.) this way you’ll be already familiar with some of the terminology and the basic principles before joining a group class.

 

Level 1

For anyone new to Pilates or wanting to work at a slower pace and develop a deeper understanding of alignment and articulation.

Level 2 

An open level class including a greater range of exercises and repertoire. Great for exploring new movement and building muscle endurance. These classes are suitable for everyone.

Level 3

For those experienced with Pilates (and our MOVE+ classes) wanting to take their workout to the next level and work at a faster pace and intensity.
Please note only our Reformer and Barre classes are levelled.

    A fun and challenging practice blending the technical movement of ballet with the precision of pilates.
